I say that as a fan. She created an entire documentary about finding the confidence to speak about standing up for others specifically the LGBTQ community. She’s talked about how the only news she reads is political. Yet, she’s been silent for years now. She just performed in Florida, Texas and Tennessee, but has never made any comment about those states laws that attempt to reduce the existence and dehumanize people who identify with the LGBTQ community as well as women’s reproductive rights.
