I see it vividly in my head, Gaga is sitting in a hotel room, possibly on the bed(?) while holding a glass of wine in her left hand while stepping on/mashing her laptop's keyboard with her pleasers. This must've been around 2011/12? If I recall correctly she had the long blue teal hair from the Y&I era and was wearing black sunglasses. Although the wig in the picture has dark roots. Also the heart is not visible (or at least covered by hair?)
