My Gaga Vegas setlist (with commentary)

First you’re introduced to the world of Lady Gaga, how she interprets her music- the coexistence of art and pop. Then Enigma, basically her expect the unexpected song. It’s a great way to introduce her “dance” music after the more tame ARTPOP. Then the seamless transition to Replay, two songs in and it’s time to introduce Dark pop Gaga  The song after this isn’t as important to the storytelling, but I think we can all agree that after it’s resurrection Bloody Mary works well and is peek dark pop Gaga. At the end of the ACT, it’s time to throw in a hit for the locals. What award winning dark pop hit can excite them more than Bad Romance? 
 

ACT II

Call me lazy because this is the second time I’m stealing from the track list, but Alejandro after Bad Roamnce just makes sense. Especially at the beginning of the act, the song can build up sort of like the iconic interlude at the JWT. This is also her more sexual act, and Alejandro is hot af. LoveGame needs no justification being on this act  If you aren’t getting the horny vibe from this act, let’s throw in Sour Candy. If you haven’t noticed this is kinda Chromatica heavy on purpose, since it’s her latest album. Idc if y’all would rather there be more hits  Justice for Chromatica (and deepcuts). The locals will support either way. Sexxx Dreams ending this part opens up a lighter mood than we started with. It’s a good transition to the next act, and it’s Sexxx Dreams. 
 

ACT III

Let’s strut it out, gays. This ACT is for locals and the Gays  Honorary Born This Way, because it is Born This Way. I kinda just threw Venus and Telephone in a medley similar to the Poker Face / Telephone one from ArtRAVE. They both deserve to be here but my setlist limit is 22 tracks.

17. Sine From Above

It’s piano time  I wanted to start this act with a Joanne song, but it’s kinda hard to choose tbh. I like that she did a deep cut at the Chromatica Ball with Angel Down, and I think following in that footstep with this setlist would be cool too (aka not Million Reasons). I’m torn between Come To Mama and (finally) a performance of Hey Girl. I think either would be a good choice. Always Remember Us This Way and Shallow I think both deserve to stay and represent ASIB, having a b-side in there would be nice but in the end I couldn’t really fit everything I wanted on. Also, it’s time for Sine From Above. I imagine this performance starting out on the piano and then exploding. 

ACT V

Im not gonna lie. This is my pile of hits I was too lazy to fit into the other Acts, but Applause after Sine From Above sounds good.

22. The Edge of Glory 

The Edge of Glory deserves time to be an encore again, it’s just such a great closing song. 

So what do y’all think of my setlist? Favorite act? Deep cut you’d be most excited to hear live if this were true? Are you returning your tickets when you find out Paparazzi is missing (don’t worry, the superior version will still be performed at Jazz and Piano)
