it's so cool watching the book come to life exactly as i envisioned it while reading   it makes me want to grab the whole saga again before i watch the movie

my only note tho would be that i wish lucy's dress had a little more color on it since it is very emphasized in the books, but i'm not the kind to complain about every single detail not being identical as described so i'll wait and see if the wardrobe choices make sense on screen or if it's just the trailer that is not showcasing it enough

If any book series deserved a TV show, it would be The Hunger Games. There is so much to explore with the themes, characters, and all the districts. Very interesting world the author has created.

I am looking forward to this movie!

*DISCLAIMER I never read the prequel but I read the original series.*

I was hoping this would look different... right now it looks like each character from the OG series is just being copied... I see Katniss, Gale, Snow, Flickerman... I was hoping it would actually be more unique. Also some of the actors just look like they're in Halloween costumes or something lol. It looks less stylishly shot than the first ones. It is only the trailer though so we will have to wait and see.

I wish snow was more attractive to me but his character really is a frail kid in the book. Im on chapter 14 slowly getting through the prequel.

I'm a little hesitant, but I'll give this movie a chance.

I was really let down by how weirdly paced and anticlimactic the book was.

This part is actually very intentional. In the prequel the author basically gives Snow’s hatred for Katniss a personal layer. 👀
