Imagine how Gaga must feel seeing so many people asking for a second volume of ARTPOP after all the backlash it received back then. I would completely understand her if she didn't release sh*t just to keep people begging her to release it  they have to pay for what they did to her!!

Lmao this is so funny but actually the best time to work harder on it if we really want to hear any ARTPOP outtakes. The anniversary is 7 months away, she's done with Chromatica and Love For Sale, done filming Joker and doesn't seem like LG7 is ready and don't think she wants to jump on tour right now. There's plenty of time to get legal stuff ready and tweak any songs that have potential. So if we really want any response from Gaga, this is our last chance.

I would love for her to release it, don't missunderstand me, I just would completely understand her if she didn't. Let's wait and see, I'll support Gaga forever

I personally am on the fence about it being released. Not as punishment for the wrongs of critics and fans, but because she might have better material in the pipeline. 

Hindsight makes the ARTPOP experience so prominent and lived in. We understand what she was trying to do with it now. She doesn’t have to tread back and prove what ARTPOP is. 

Gaga is the type of artist who curates the music she releases. It’s relevant to her frame of mind and experience at the time. She may have fresh brilliant ideas that she wants to focus on. She’s not the type to release things that don’t fit a narrative. 

If releasing ACT II is growth and catharsis for her, then I want to hear it. If she believes it’s not the direction she wants to go into, then I don’t.
