UK TV and radio presenter Paul O'Grady has died at the age of 67.

I'm so shocked and sad :(

For those who don't know, Paul rose to fame and became a TV favourite presenting shows in the 90s as drag queen Lily Savage:

He also interviewed Gaga on his show during the BTW era:

A wonderful, kind presenter and comedian, and vocal LGBTQ+ and animal rights activist.

RIP icon

So sad to learn this morning, RIP.

My whole obsession with Gaga kinda started because of him, after she appeared on his show to sing Poker Face:

He interviewed Gaga here too, I think it was the first time she felt comfortable on a UK talk show and opened up a bit more than she did on shows like Jonathan Ross.

Aw, how sad. He was such a cool and neat guy. I loved Gagas special on his show during BTW Era in 2011. It was really something special. RIP Mr. O’Grady :bradley:

Really really sad. I think he loved Gaga too as he respected her grind into the music industry, similar to his own hard work in the drag scene before he made it on TV.

Really hope Bobby and Gaga hear this news and send condolences or flowers at least to his partner, Andre.

Such an icon. Growing up under section 28, for many of us Brits he was our first experience of queerness in public space
