Russian missile over the territory Moldova, Romania (latter debunked)

As always take it with a grain of salt, but the information that it flew over Moldova is confirmed by Moldovan authorities. The information that it flew over Romania however is unconfirmed at this moment..

The Ministry of Defense of Moldova confirmed the information, according to Deschid.md.

We mention that the Ministry of Defense, in collaboration with the responsible structures in the country, carefully monitors the situation in the region, and strongly condemns the violation of the airspace of the Republic of Moldova", the institution said.

The information is verified by the Chisinau authorities, who have not yet made an official announcement, informs Pro TV Chisinau.

For Moldova it would be like the 4th time and it was already confirmed by Moldova's ministry, so no doubts on that.. but regarding Romania I have doubts.. I want to see what Romanian authorities have to say first.

Healthy observation when it comes to news sourced like this (although the other extreme of denying any and all possibility this occured is also excessive):

The Ministry of Defense from Romania has said, at the request of Free Europe, that "the information regarding a Russian missile that would have flown over Romania's airspace is not confirmed".

MApN later specified , in a press release, that "the closest point of the target's trajectory to Romania's airspace was recorded by the radar systems approximately 35 kilometers North-East of the border".

The Ministry also says that the aerial surveillance system of the Romanian Air Force detected the missile launched by Russia near the Crimean Peninsula, it flew over the airspace of the Republic of Moldova, but "reentered the Ukrainian airspace without intersecting, at any time, the airspace of Romania".

MApN points out that all standard procedures were applied, and two MiG-21 LanceR aircraft of the Romanian Air Force, on an exercise flight, were "redirected to supplement reaction options".
