Adam Lambert on Theo James: "another straight man playing a gay icon"

Ridiculous. It's called acting and the most talented person with the most likeness should get the part, regardless of their sexuality. I'd rather see a straight man who is right for the role than a gay man who is mediocre and/or looks nothing like George Michael. 

Edit: I just caught up that it's not happening. I still stand by my sentiment.
