And on the next day after this happened, (July 11 2013), ARTPOP was announced It is so iconic. Pop culture history. Nobody did that before. I actually think Gaga started the trend of deleting everything off social media to create buzz for a new era I remember we were actually so concerned for her at the time because we didn't know what it meant... and she had broken her hip and been completely silent. It was like she disappeared and we were so worried about her health. She went from being online so much, to cancelling her shows and just vanishing And when she came back with this image... I was GAGGED! This might be the most gaggy moment in my memory of being a Gaga stan actually The way she had just come from the BTW era which was crazy and wild and all about insane makeup and coloured wigs and looks on looks on looks... to this completely pure image of her looking so natural and beautiful. The APP (that unfortunately turned out to be nothing like you imagined). And it was all so vague, because we had no idea what we were in for. I was at work and had my lunch break outside when I saw the post and I absolutely freaked out.
