Beyoncé has literally NEVER missed when it comes to vocals, live or otherwise lol the woman has never had a bad vocal day and is possibly the greatest modern day vocalist how is she overrated

I mean come on, anyone would agree that Celine Dion is a better vocalist than Beyoncé. This list is just disrespectful.

Where's Chanté Moore? What she did at 3:36 alone should put her top 20.

I wanted to comment this mess but no, Flopping Stone doesn't deserve my comment on their shitty and senseless list.

Clarckson, Aretha, Jennifer Hudson, Aguilera, Dion, etc all better vocalists than Beyoncé. Beyoncé is good, but not the best and surely not the 8th of ALL THE TIME.

I adore Bey. I think some of y'all are insane towards her on this site. There is no way she should be top ten ahead of ELLA FITZGERALD, FREDDIE MERCURY, BARBRA STREISAND, etc. This is a joke.

I'd say the same exact thing if Gag was in Bey's position. And as much as I love Gaga and think she should be above a lot of people that are above her, I also think it's insane they put Gag ahead of Minnie Riperton. That said, it's interesting that the only big pop girls ahead of Gaga on this list are Bey, Adele, and Ariana.

Objectively, if we're talking about range/technique, none of the contemporary or modern singers (except maybe, maybe with the exception of Whitney & Mariah) are on Freddie's level, too.

Also, they put Taylor but not Carole King???? Anyway, this solidifies it imo that Rolling Stone has basically turned into a) a PR mouthpiece for some singers and b) run by the weirdest music journos from twitter.

The fact that Freddie's not in the top 5 is the most insane thing imo.

at #122

to me Donna is at the same level as Whitney. I mean Donna was a freaking powerhouse... underated, yet still a force to be reckoned with...she deserved a spot in top 20 at least.
