Despite consistently high prices, home builders have consistently failed to keep up with population growth. I feel like I'm still a kid yet I'm saving for a home that I won't even get approved for a mortgage...it even gets me down that all my friends in Ontario as well are in a similar situation as well...plus the older people at work always judging me saying how they got a home at like 23.... I make $22.59/h now with my new job I'm a Content Strategist but the title is nonsense, I basically am the one-person social media content person, so I do photos, videos, graphic design etc. Sucks because I'm underpaid (found out I make $10K to $15K less than average in the Toronto area) and I'm in constant burnout since I have the responsibilities of 4 roles...
