The worst part is that after he placed his kids at risk mentioning their school and after his anti-jewish statements the comments under his recent itws are nearly all being like:

Honestly i think he lost his mind and not in a metaphorical sense. He has gone too long refusing to take medication and for some mental illness not treating it makes you worse and worse and worse. Ive seen it with my grandma and it’s scary but my grandma is almost 90… he’s in his 40s and his state seem to be pretty advanced

I hope he gets the help he needs. This is all very devastatingly sad. His actions and words are just beyond disturbing and have been for a long time. I don’t support him, his words, or actions, but I support actual help for the mentally unstable.

It just freaks me out that he's still given a platform to spew such baseless, harmful, hateful ideologies. I have this looming feeling he's going to hurt someone in or around his family soon enough. Scary.

As people online, we cant really do anything but air our comments here. I truly hope people around him, real actual people in his church or work for him and with contact with him everyday to keep an eye on him.

I used to blame the syncophants around him egging him on and enjoying his illusions of grandeur. It isnt really illusions if you have the money and some people can let them be and file him under eccentric rich artist, but then i hope the people close to him know when to intervene. 

No one can really help him if he doesnt want to be helped but they can at least keep a watchful eye.
