Meloni is nothing of that. Yes, She Said She is personally against gay adoptions but will not reverse a legislature. She is not against EU and cooperation but will take a different aproach than Draghi and other more left governments. Just Because She declare as conservative and takes different aproach than liberal politician doesn’t make her far right and people did not vote for her Because of her “facist” views but rather Because after 73 governments in 77 Years they Are tired of constant political drama and She is “Fresh”. It is enough to say that She Said in relation to EU that it is relationship of mutual respect and cooperation.

That's the perfect case of "We shouldn't elect someone based on any other reason but their capability of ruling". This is what happens when people say we should elect people based on their sex/gender/race merely.

A similar thing happened when a lesbian congress woman in Brazil was elected, but she turned out to actually be homophobic and supported our current fascist president.
