When you read "the now 19-year old" you realize how young she was when she became known. It's insane.

But inviting her at Oxford?

I understand it and also don't lmao she is nowhere near a representation for education, learning, anything Oxford represents, but I think she did everything she could with what was given to her. She was a child on Dr. Phil, and she turned the fame into millions.

I feel like we are learning from people around us and these days people who are known are not known for talent or wisdom or anything. They are known for being famous easily on social media, so you get their "advice". But is this what we are aspiring to now? To be famous, to be rich?

I just hate how all it takes nowadays to be famous and "important" and become rich is a viral moment on the Internet. We've really hit rock bottom as a society.

“It’s possible Bregoli may have been invited to speak following the launch of the $1.7 million ‘Bhad Scholarship’ with US non-profit the Educapital Foundation, which sees 1,000 trade school students given $1,000 scholarships for their education.

50 individuals will receive $10,000 to start their own business after graduation, with 10 selected by Bregoli to receive “full-ride” or all expenses paid support for tuition.”

I didn’t know she was doing stuff like this. Even if it is a tax write off, seems like a cool thing to do with your money.

Perhaps the topic is finding instant fame. Unexpectedly going viral, becoming an internet punchline, how to market yourself afterward, and rake in the millions. I think the Salt Bae is another example, he has a few expensive restaurants. Many have tried so hard and failed.

This was much needed context, and using a celeb to promote things like this is kinda a smart move ngl ❤️🔥

She’s actually doing a lot of good stuff. She also came out about how she really regrets her behavior but thanked people for supporting her career and what she ended up doing anyways. She came out against dr Phil (if I remember correctly) and how exploitative the show it. She’s also been like, honestly on a good trajectory. Can really says she’s doing really good for herself.
