@ChicaSkas i'm sorry if my question seems dumb, but i'm a little confused  by "fan footage" you mean it's not an official recording from the screens (like i initially thought) but still high quality enough to edit into a dvd? is it from one angle only?

either way i'm excited and happy to enjoy the footage, i hope my financial situation improves by the time you reach the other guy so i'm able to donate

Yes, essentially, we are purchasing the highest quality possible version (from one of the 2 guys who recorded)

So yes, part of this thread is devoted to fan shot footage from men who make it their business to get onto the stadium floor, mount equipment where they can see the stage and screens, and shoot it in HD.

Two guys did this 10 years ago in Chile. One of them has a small business called Ale Nova films. So far, the only recordings from this show are 4 gigabytes and in DVD downscale. This will be approx 22-26 gigabytes I believe. So the hope is the raw footage can be enjoyed and enhanced by fans here with the skills to do so. The purchase of the fan footage (so pricey ) allows us to make it better than it is now. 

Now as a side story, while we were actively pursuing this BTWB Chile footage, another ggder alerted me to a USA based videographer who collected tours he worked on personally. That guy kept a copy back from the company each time he shot the films. The films he shot appeared on screens at the venues. He has 3 BTWBs. He wants $2000.00 USD each. But, he got spooked and blocked / ghosted the ggder.... so I took some time and found him in a professional way, and my plan is to eventually draft a nice polite email offering to buy 1 of his films. Maybe he can work with us on price if he scrubs the Metadata and maybe lowers the quality a bit (650 gigabytes will go hard to download)
