TEANUS 15,806 Posted August 25, 2022 Share Posted August 25, 2022 Gaga performed ‘Angel Down’ from Joanne last night at The Chromatica Ball as a tribute to the victims of the Uvalde shootings and as a statement for gun control. This makes ARTPOP the only album Gaga hasn’t performed a track from yet at TCB. Obviously this is meant to be lighthearted and not in reference to the reason Gaga performed Angel Down, but it is tragic (as we know lol, beating a dead horse) that we don’t have any ARTPOP tracks on TCB’s setlist. Gaga’s performance was beautiful and so incredibly meaningful and brave in such a chaotic and backwards state, if you haven’t seen it, check it out! I don’t know what we are complaining of and I don’t see what’s tragic in it. she has a tremendous and iconic setlist and can’t perform all of her albums. I personally would sacrifice any song from TF (LoveGame) and TFM (Monster) for an ARTPOP track, and Applause was a big hit as well.
