I'm sure when I've had early entry for shows in the past I got an email about checking in, getting your merch, and when gates open. I have pitch early entry for the 29th and haven't got anything yet so surely if they're opening gates at 5pm we'd get to go in at 4:30 or something (which is a long time not being able to pee if you don't wanna leave your spot :cryga:)

i guess go in a bottle? lol

I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s either an error on the website or it’s not but there will still be some kind of priority queue for Early Entry ticket holders when you get there. It’s probably the latter - so the stadium opens at 5 for everyone but they just let the priority queue (EE) in first and all the other standing tickets follow immediately after, instead of having official staggered entry times.

It would also mean they can start letting seated ticket holders in from 5, giving them a bit more time to get everyone situated. I’ve seen a couple of times on here that the organisation for Guns N’ Roses there was really bad, so maybe they’ve just learned their lesson and know they need as much time as possible, especially as she’ll need to be on by about 8.30 because of the curfew.

I would straight up ask for a refund in difference to a normal tix :iamfair:

If this happened, I wouldn't ask, I would demand one. And I'd tell them to put me onto their superior until I got to the top of the chain if that's what it took. I'd go full Karen :laughga:  but sometimes you have to kick up a fuss when something is legitimately unjust

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Why can’t anyone see that as a good thing?

What's good about paying extra money to get early access to a good spot and then realizing that what you paid extra for is basically non-existent? This is essentially fraud.

I believe it’s 10.30pm for this stadium. She’s been going on about 9.15pm local time so far, but it seems like the other venues had a later curfew (11/11.30). I’m sure they’ll be prepared that the show needs to start earlier for London and hopefully she’ll be out by 8.15/8.30.

On the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium website it says this about the TCB shows:

Doors will open at 5.00pm with the concerts due to finish at 10.30pm. Please be advised that a full noise management plan will be implemented by Vanguardia in agreement with Haringey Council.

And on the specific TCB section of their site it says:

Main Doors: 5pm

Curfew: 10.30pm
General Admission Bars Close: 11pm
Stadium Closes: Midnight

Please note: All timings are subject to change

So the first makes it sound like an estimate of when the show will end, and the second says it’s a curfew but timings are subject to change. So maybe it’s not a hard curfew and there’s some wiggle room? Perhaps somebody else can clarify - I’m sure it’s been mentioned on here before. Also, it just says Main Doors are 5pm, so there might actually still be a separate EE time that they’ll communicate directly to those ticket holders?

I was more about > much less people will have to camp next to the stadium. Which honestly it’s something I never understood.
You should email early to have a refund, it is deceiving.^^

I don't get the camping thing either but I also don't really see the harm in it? And I definitely don't think it's an excuse to remove services that people paid for.

I don't have a London ticket so it doesn't really affect me (and I really resold my Paris date ticket :selena: )

Probably a thing to do with Industrial Action, aka a strike, which takes place on the 30th, which will see some roads train stations closures, the website already put that caution for people not to drive there days ago because of that. Probably this late action is the extension of that. Which probably why the second date in Tottenham was on the 31st instead. The stadium owner maybe just want the show start early or on time so it can close early in the eve of the strike.

second date is the 30th, first is the 29th
