Statement from his lawyers:

“Just as we had anticipated, the temporary protection order was not extended by the Court,” the statement reads. “The accuser confirmed to the court that his decision to dismiss the matter was his alone, without any outside influence or pressure, and the accuser confirmed he was satisfied with his legal representation in the matter. The request came from the accuser asking to dismiss the case. This was never anything more than a troubled individual making false allegations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them. We are glad that our client saw justice done and can now move forward with his life and his career.”

The truth is his nephew had a history of severe mental illness and was clout/money chasing. Ricky can get any man he wants, he’s not gonna go after his nephew’s dusty a**

I mean even if that was the case that could be the reason why the nephew did that in the first place. There's always going to be two sides so I don't think anyone would know the truth really. Personally I think it's a bogus claim.

I wonder if they were beginning the discovery phase of the lawsuit, where evidence has to be submitted to the court on both sides, and the nephew couldn’t provide anything sufficient. The burden of proof falls on Ricky and I’m sure he got his best lawyers to find any and everything to refute the claims.
