ANVEEROY 61,241
Immense respect for our mother monster- Lady Gaga. I never expected Chromatica Ball Tour to be dark-twisted-gothic. She shared the vision of a planet Chromatica, but still, that is her imagination, including in her multi-verses. Throughout the ACTS- I saw GAGA's anger, love, kindness, and trauma. What an amazing concert! I really liked how Monster felt very raw- also felt extremely nostalgic to see her perform this song (last time she performed was in 2014). She looked fierce, she looked- "THIS IS GAGA, AND THIS IS MY DANCE-FLOOR". What an amazing opening- never thought BAD ROMANCE couldn't be transformed into this. Also, she made Just Dance, Poker Face- so gothic! All the Chromatica songs sounded amazing! Choreography? My my! Do you agree with Head-mic she always delivers? I do get that the ending was abrupt, could be a little bit exciting. I hope they will polish it a little bit. But, SHE DID IT! With her sixth album, she again reinvented herself. Am I the only one who thought she was giving a major JANET vibe? The Velvet Rope Tour? But, I'm not comparing her to GAGA. The atmosphere and confidence looked out of the world! ART-ART-ART! holy scheisse 22,275
i LOVE that bad romance has evolved into being a show opener. i thought it would forever be like the penultimate song in her sets lol. I think its sooo cool and such a nice way to start on an iconic note. i think she show is so chromatica. it didnt need to neon and rainbows and "tribes" and whatever. the show has the dark tone throughout it which i think is behind all the colorfulness in the chromatica music. if you want rainbows and stuff go watch the artrave people lol

Gagaono 223
It was perfect, still crying when I'm thinking about yesterday. It felt nostalgic and new at the same time to me. I had the time of my life (after I almost fainted ) and her stage presence was over the moon! I love her so much and I couldn't be happier
Ziggy 11,870
Very Janet vibes! I mean, if you’re referencing 90s pop music art anything, you’d have a hard time leaving Janet’s name out of it so idk how purposeful it was BUT STILL
pussycat 3,514
She couldve done the funky Chromatica tour everyone expected. But she never plays save and she never follows. Thats what made her blow up back in the day. She proved to us that she still has everything to do just that. Blow up. Thinking with the soul. Embodying art. She is as forward as she was all those years ago.
RichAssPiss 4,932
I think the aesthetic for the tour is spot-on. It's a minimalist, brutalist pain on the dance floor exorcism. It's what I wish the record aesthetic really was. Similar to the early black and white photoshoot for Enigma before the neon stuff took over. It felt like Chromatica was supposed to be a dark record and for some reason she pulled back and made it hot pink sci-fi. But that always felt like such a retread of BTW and Mother G.O.A.T. to me. I still wish the album were called Enigma and it had the visual aesthetic of the tour. It would have really felt like the next step for her. Songs like Replay and 911 really put pain into dance music in a beautiful way.

Each girl has their own way of communicating with the dancers, but I think Gaga on this tour really was giving peak era Janet (albeit with slightly less intense dancing lol).
