dit 45,643
An R word scene would be devastating to Gaga's psychy. She spent a lot of HOG's press tour explaining how method acting is really painful for her. If there is truly an R word scene in this film it will harm Gaga mentally...this is a bit much. I hope she protects her mental health first and foremost before ANYTHING. Awards and big box office hits are not worth your mental health...I know she is old enough to pick what is right for her and what not...i'm just concerned and dont want her to hurt herself
TRYMCNL 143
I think above all things, Gaga is an artist. If she's impressed enough by the project and really does join, she'll make sure any scenes involving her and sexual violence will be done in a thoughtful way that will still obviously be disturbing and upsetting, but true and empathetic to victims in some way. People know that she's an advocate for victims of sexual trauma, in addition to being a victim herself. It may even end up being therapeutic for her to work through her past in tandem with acting.
