This whole situation is such a slap in Gaga’s face

We all know what I’m talking about. It’s just my opinion. But guys:

First i(at least) knew that they were auditioning for NEW dancers since JANUARY.We even had some threads about them here

So it’s not like they hired her original dancers and fired them last minute.I respect every one of them(since they did their job amazing),but it’s strange they went about it publicly FIVE DAYS before the tour.Look I’m not defending richy(he’s a grown ass man) and we don’t even know Gaga and her team’s work behind the scenes(whether they defended him or are working to replace him)It’s just not that easy, especially if this blows soo close to the opening night. That’s last minute! How are they suppose to hire a new choreographer in the middle of last minute rehearsals  and in Europe. There is some legal work behind it too. This new choreographer probably won’t know Richy’s choreos and to start from scratch is too late for it.I just know Gaga is probably working on this issue. At the end of the day Richy won’t be on stage probably or if he’s there, let me ask you:Did you pay those crazy prices to see richy or the dancers specifically?I doubt that.Since he’s working with her,the tour choreos aren’t that messy as some of you expect to be!We were jumping cuz this tour is finally upon us after TWO years. And now(yeah it’s a big deal) we will mess it up cuz of this?Again I am NOT supporting Richy!Lets just see what they got in hands and enjoy the show, cuz trust me SHE IS NOT GONNA DISAPPOINT!I was gagged from some  of the info I was glad to know

richy would (or at least should) have an assistant to fill in for him when he can't incase of illness or injury or... sudden termination :samanthac:

the dancers should all know their moves by now since we're less than a week away from the tour :samanthac:

conclusion: he can be easily replaced, it's just the case of potential negative press

mother, what must i do?

I mena yeah it's unfortunate that this is happening right now but whose fault is it if not ours? Fans were the ones pestering Gaga's dancers to see if they're going to be on tour.

chaeri pls

I somewhat agree.  I know the dancers have publicly said Gaga isn’t to blame but the blame will lie with her in the press.

I think what has made this worse were fans then messaging every dancer to ask if they’re going on tour too and them confirming they’ve not been asked or left.  The complaints could have been dealt with internally but people pushed for this to be out in the public domain and it’ll have to be dealt with in the public domain now.

I don’t want to take away from the accusations of sexual or mental abuse though.  They absolutely need to be dealt with, it’s just a shame for Gaga that this will inevitably lead to very bad press about her.

💯 agree with you. We can be mad and sad but lets not completely ruin this. Gaga shuldnt be affected esp since we know shes working so hard for this tour. At the end of the day we r here for gaga everyone else is secondary and i know gaga will take action but we cant demand tht action right now when we have the tour starting.

How can anoyone not love gaga

I am screaming at all these “fans are the one to blame” posts :rip: Y’all would rather keep this all under the rug just to keep Gaga safe from bad press, huh?

I mean it was a fan that leaked a private conversation from a dancer with what could be the most severe accusation, against that dancer’s wishes.  We don’t know what’s actually happening in the haus, they could already be dealing with this, it may have already been dealt with and payouts happened etc OR as another user said, the sexual abuse allegation could be false/doctored.  I just think fans have ran a little too hard on it without the full facts being out there.

I’m just confused, if all of this was happening (allegations of mental and sexual abuse) and allegedly the people who should know know then why is he still hired? Is it that difficult to replace your choreographer - especially when their work is not exactly the most desirable?

Who exactly are the people who should know, if Gaga has nothing to do with this? Bobby? Not only is the Haus all over the place, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication.

Laurieann got it right when she said there’s a lot of yesmen in the group. I can’t wrap my head around the idea of Gaga knowing any of this and still keeping him around while multiple of her long term dancers (who I’m assuming are like family to her) are quitting left and right.

While some of y’all are sitting here talking about who might feel bad and sad, I’m looking at everybody in charge funny including Gaga. I have always maintained how shocking it is that an artist of her caliber has such a dysfunctional team, and this being exposed only showed a good chunk of the fanbase that attacking valid criticism won’t hide the truth from coming to light.

Beyonce, Taylor, Rihanna, in fact most of her still-reigning peers, would never.

It's sad how y'all will be like "always believe the victim" unless it affects you or your fav. If the sexual assault is real (and I have no reason to believe it's not since the dancer has left the haus since TFM), it's really bad for Gaga, as it should be. Almost everybody from the original haus has left which makes me believe the working environment is, indeed, toxic. Let's hold our favs accountable to their wrongs. Again, I'm saying all this because that's pretty serious.

you know sometimes i wonder like damn so many people kept hush about x y and z’s abuse just to protect their own self interests that is wild

but then there’s threads like this and i’m convinced some people would rather silence victims because of a pop tour and i’m like, yeah no with stakes that low, i’m not surprised at anything anymore

Gaga's work ethic isn't the best either. She has proudly admitted to not paying overtime. Overworking the dancers wouldn't be that unthinkable.
