I was going to say that monsters are being nasty for harrassing Richy's IG account and that's still a bad thing to do but Montana saying he's a horrible person to work with makes me not even want to defend him lol.

I know Gaga is a sweetheart and she must have a great relationship with the dancers, especially the ones that have been with her for over a decade but can't blame them if they leave because of toxic work environment, good for them. That sucks but at the same time it's going to be cool having new faces around.

also not to be a debbie downer but by the time richy’s contract expires i highly doubt gaga will be interested in high energy pop shows that require choreo. something tells me this tour is the last hurrah for a while

I also wouldn’t be surprised if her management probably has some influence over the contracts for Haus members. If Bobby is watching, I think this is a “Sine” that there’s a problem worth addressing. Multiple dancers announcing they left because of a toxic workplace environment is alarming. People don’t quit their professions; they quit their management and with Richy being the lead choreographer that’s really bad.

I don’t buy this contract narrative people are coming up with. If someone is truly harassing workers and making them dehydrated as one post alluded then they don’t get to just stay because they signed a contract.
