Bobina 3,270
Actually a tough choice, I love Harlequin. But I have to go with Requiem because I was lucky enough to see it live "634 blowjobs in 5 days. I'm really quite tired." 1

bim 790
In a way, they are apples to oranges, which is one of the most fascinating things about her as an artist. We get these polar opposite yet somehow wildly similar sides of her. I think as a whole package, especially considering context, Requiem takes the cake for me.
elegidadedios 4,742
I don't know man but one thing's for sure: there's no more versatile artist. Like ever. How the same person does Harlequin and two years after Requiem? 4
TimotheeChalamet 6,892
Harlequin was incredible and filmed very well, with more visual variety compared to Mayhem Requiem. The latter, though, is musically one of - if not THE - best things she did in the last 10 years.

Trxstan 1,672
Okay having had been at mayhem requiem, while I had an incredible time and it was sonically and visually breathtaking, it was just such a departure for Gaga and lends itself heavily to filming. Like she did not interact or acknowledge the crowd, it was far less theatrical, if anything the stage, lighting, and music were the show. It felt like a Gaga rave in a sense (I even thought it might be her hinting at transitioning into DJing as she gets older), and for many songs she was hyperfixated on the instruments, not talking at all between songs, and only really speaking to everyone at the very end as the curtain closed. i feel like harlequin live was so much more raw and had classic Gaga showmanship, dancing, and beautiful vocals and instrumentation. woop hey there keep scrolling
anton 91
Harlequin was so important : it's her solo take on jazz, it's so good... But Mayhem was erverything for me... those ruins. everything.
julz 8,047
All albums going forward should have this kind of one time special show. And i know she will, she enjoys it
