Assault (sexual, mental or physical) aside, why the **** is Gaga working with a choreographer whose only three credits are:

LEGENDARY Lady Gaga

Child star JoJo Siwa

&

Fellow sleaze-ball Todrick Hall

Like, I'm sorry, but what is Gaga/HoG thinking by hiring such a tacky, amateur choreographer who is in the cheap company of Nickelodeon and Youtubers?!

As I said before, we don’t know the full story, but we know that Gaga now knows. If within 24 hours we know nothing has changed, that is when potentially people should take action.

Keeping abusers in places of power is common in business, and he holds a high authority that is clearly impacting staff (dancers in the case). If Gaga/Bobby do nothing, that is a choice they have made, but not one that needs to be respected.

Lets wait and see, we may wake tomorrow with new information.

We started a conversation on another thread which we didn't get to finish. In the same vein, I have a question.

I believe I'm right in saying that all we have at this point is allegations by a number of dancers against Richy. How do you get from that point to KNOWING that he is guilty ?

Gaga could be SUED if one of her dancers (independent contractors) is injured at work, physically and/or sexually assaulted by a co-worker. 

Richy would be FIRED on the spot if multiple dancers accused him of sexual assault! He's not above the law.

In reply to your question, as a company you would seek out evidence during your investigation that includes anything that could have captured evidence, or witnesses who can corroborate a story.

In this case, it has blown up due to multiple people quitting their long-term job because of 1 persons behaviour, they also corroborate the original story.

Im not 100% sure, but I believe 2 people have also stated that the sexual assault is also unfortunately true.

If your asking how do YOU know, that’s up to you. If multiple witnesses aren't enough, than surely nothing anyone says is ever true.

For those who are really struggling to come to terms with this because you think Gaga would never allow this, if these allegations are correct, it’s been happening for almost 10 years.

We are talking about an environment that promotes and protects someone who would abuse others emotionally and it seem, sexually. There is no way you can employ someone for that long, have so many people leave in succession who are long time staff members under the same ‘manager’ (in this case, dancers under Riche) and not know what’s happening.

I also find it hard to believe she would do this, but from my own experience even the nicest people can change when they are protecting their business or their own personal aspersions.

Again. We don’t know the full story, and people should wait until tomorrow to see if anything changes from Gagas camp.

One thing is certain tho, at this point we know she knows, and if he walks out on that stage in 4 days, we know how Gaga and Bobby respond to this kind of behaviour.

Corporations often protect abusers of all kinds due to their position in the business. A corporations ‘policy’ is not the law.

If you share a list of 5 companies you like, I’m sure 3/4 of them have a proven history of protecting abusers.

Now that sexual assault allegations are coming into it, i will be severely disappointed in the entire Haus if he gets to go on tour. I’m sure there’s plans in place in the event of a situation like this happening so as not to affect the tour. in the same way a tour date should be able to ahead if a choreographer is sick on that day

Why put other artists down? Guess you're being the cheap one here?I'm not a fan of JoJo, but that girl is a hard working beast of a teen pop star. Todrick's behavior of late has been appalling, but he is a very talented individual.

Maybe Richy is already on the way out. It’s also entirely possible that Gaga is only realizing now the true scope of his abuse.
 

Abuse doesn’t always happen out in the open. It can sometimes take YEARS or DECADES for people to realize they’ve all been abused by the same person. Remember Me Too? One person coming forward can have true ripple effects.
 

Let’s also remember how people act so different around Gaga because of her fame — just watch 5 foot 2. It could be incredibly hard for Gaga to know who is telling the truth and who’s not in these situations. I think now though with these dancers coming forward publicly that she will realize the scope of his abuse. 

They mostly spoke about Gaga on a personal level like "she's still my sis", not necessarily a professional level. I think it's an important distinction because with jobs where personal/professional overlap it's easy to use them interchangeably when in reality they are not.
