The Republic of Moldova is included in a report by the Russian Foreign Ministry on an alleged "violation of the rights of Russian citizens and compatriots abroad."

According to the document , the situation of ethnic Russians in the Republic of Moldova is "very serious one". At the same time, the actions of the pro-European government in Chisinau are categorized as "persecution of Russian speakers".
