Yea she wore the real one for the photoshoot but is wearing a replica to the red carpet because of it’s historical significance and because it’s old.

She wore the real dress on the stairs, and will be wearing a replica inside to spend the evening in. She obviously can't sit and eat in the original, and surely can't keep it on more than a few minutes.
