I remember becoming a stan toward the end of the Teenage Dream era and being so excited and then being so crushed when I heard Roar 😭

Like even the promo videos for the song were so incredibly misleading like the funeral she held for her hair.

I've consistently listened and enjoyed Katy Perry's music but she has yet to make anything that doesn't sound the same. Literally you can shuffle any random combination of songs and they would sound like they could be from the same album. Witness was her chance to revamp but she only revamped her image (in an incredibly unbearable way) and the music stayed the same (albeit worse lyrics)
