It's meant to make fun of the stupid videos on YouTube meant for kids. Target audience is parents that have to put up with their kids watching them (like Baby Shark)

Idk maybe this would've worked with an artist completely opposite of childish imagery/sounds, like when Gaga did the Baby Gaga fashion line skit because the irony is ridiculous and funny. This could literally be another video from Smile :selena:
