Pop superstar Olivia Rodrigo was named Songwriter of the Year at her first ever ASCAP awards show – the equivalent of hitting a grand slam during her first at-bat.And the effortlessly catchy "Levitating" took its elevated place as Song of the Year. The venerable Sony Music Publishing earned Publisher of the Year.

To be fair, most of her hits like DL, Deja vu and Traitor were all written by her.

the allegedly plagiarized songs (the music though and not the lyrics) happened when Dan and his team started to get involved on her music. 
 

but most of the sour album were all her writings. I believe, Happier was a song she wrote way before she got famous and the raw version of her singing on IG live is on YouTube. I remember making a topic about her IG live performance and commending her writing skills and how she’ll breakthrough to stardom. This was weeks when DL starts to blow.
