No, I don't think she should do that. It hasn't aged well, but it was made a time where the knowledge of this wasn't widespread and it wasn't a conversation being had. Like old films that have racist content in them, I don't think they should be erased from history, I think that they should just in the modern era come with disclaimers that the work is a product of a different time and that it's age shows. 

Now, I don't think she'll ever perform it again unless she rewrites it.

is the G word known as a bad word in the US? i know here in the UK, calling someone the G word is very well known to be an insult and slur but it might not be as serious in the US hence why gaga innocently used it

I can't speak for everyone's experiences from everywhere in the country but I don't think it's as well known as say the N word of the F word. And I think the reason for that is we just culturally don't come across many people who this word is used against. It's a very European centric subject. You'll know if you look to learn or have friends internationally but I wouldn't at all say it's engrained into the culture that it's a bad word like it is in Europe.

I loved the dubstep influences that Aura/Burqa, Swine, Mary Jane Holland, and the MANiCURE demo (the “Pop’s Wife” one) had. I wished that she experimented more with Dubstep. A dubstep breakdown would slapped in Partynauseous (just as an example).

Also, I wished that we were able to hear more of Gaga’s hiphop/rap songs. “Cake like Lady Gaga”, “Red Flame”, and the “Ratchet” snippet were ahead of its time (when it came to “so and that it’s good” TikTok white girl rap)

- Applause was a great lead single choice and if Aura was the lead it wouldn't have done well on the charts

- G.U.Y. shouldn't have been a single

Lyrically has to be the most risqué, confident and savage she has ever released, and its chaotic, futuristic and electronic instrumental makes this banger even wilder and awesome than it already is

Yes, the production ain't even 40% original as Gaga bought the instrumental, but that doesn't skip the fact that the track is godly as it is and I am absolutely glad and thankful Gaga bought the rights for Kink because I couldn't imagine Aura/Burqa with a different (and better) instrumentation 

The song is also pure catharsis and I dare to say that it is therapeutic since it's very liberal and positive (in an explicit way). 

So yeah, Aura is one of her best (if not the very best) songs. Equally good or better (with a more unique composition) than Bad Romance, The Edge of Glory, Overrated The Night, 911, Alejandro, etc. And that shouldn't be an unpopular opinion for this track deserves much, much MORE appreciation than it actually gets. 

I agree on almost everything except for the vocals. The demo vocals are way too harsh, which in isolation is great, but combined with the instrumental it feels like too much going on at the same time. Sometimes when one part of the song is already wild you need to let other parts breathe a little bit.

I also think the album vocals are kinda seductive in combination to being crazy, so they fit the song better since it’s also about sex.

It can depending on the headphones. The songs often hit some uncomfortable frequencies and if your headphones favor those it might be too harsh for your ears.

* This album sadly never got to have its moment in the sun. From the moment "Applause" dropped it was surrounded by high expectations, fabricated stories, greed and media backlash.

* DWUW lyrically has so many layers to it even to this day, but she made the right call wiping it from streaming. That song took "art" too far. 

* Sexxx Dreams could be a hit in this day & age. Yes, the album version. 

* ARTPOP title track deserves more love because it's gorgeously produced. 

* The "ARTPOP flopped due to it being too edm" narrative is the biggest load of ****. Edm/electronic was still going strong in mainstream when it dropped. Sadly her biggest haters use that quote any chance to dismiss it. 

* "Donatella" probably contains the umm, most "generic" beat patterns of that album. 

* I would like ACT 2, but only if it's what Gaga and DJWS truly want, whether it's for closure etc.

Sorta agreed, but there are some tracks that could easily be released today within the hyperpop/electronic scene. 

She also had ACT 2, Jewels n Drugs, and the Manicure outro which added contained trap/pop sounds.
