I haven't read the book. Would u recommend it?

I found there was a sequel by another director called 2010. There are some good comments, but I haven't seen it yet.

i do reccomend it! the book was wrote for the movie actually! they released both the movie and the book at the same time.

i read that unfortunately some details in the book weren't realistic for the technology at the time so they had to make me the movie different.

is amazing because the movie barely have dialogue but in the book you can read all the thought process of the characters, specially moonwatcher (the ape) and how his intelligence developed.
