I tried looking up some old articles and what not to figure it out and she wasn't on the official nominees list back then. HFPA likes to take their time when it comes to credits (mostly in Limited Series/TV Movie - producers, executive producers, showrunners etc.) but I don't think it ever took them half a decade to do it.
