All sanctions should stay in place until Putin is no longer leader of Russia.  Only the people can remove him from office.  It's the general case in many counties; people want a change in leadership if they are not feeling good about their personal situation ... food, shelter, safety.  It doesn't matter who they feel is to blame, they still want a regime change if they are not doing well.  Ultimately the leader takes the heat for the well-being of the citizens.

This is good, the people need to realize how much worse life with him ruling truly is

Honestly if the Russian people could overthrown Czar Nicholas II by working together? I mean the murder of him, his wife & kids (Except Anastasia perhaps) was definitely too far but that was done by only a few soldiers.

Only the people can do this, before theres nukes and mass death the people literally only need to target one man, and theres WAY more of them than him.

To continue paying their workers... I have mixed feelings...

 

It helps the innocent population some of which potentially may not even be Putin or war supporters

 

But on the otherhand its literally giving the Russian economy money and resources. They arent selling anything but give them cash anyway and meanwhile the workers could find jobs elsewhere and be productive while receiving cash. So they are literally helping their economy

 

But then again it could send a good message by example that the West isnt evil and plant seeds of doubt on the employees
