Because the ticket prices are very high, half the country is on vacation in Southern Europe, Arnhem feels far away for people living in the West of the country, and the Netherlands is one of Gaga's weakest markets since Born This Way. I think being inside by 19:30-20:00 should be fine if you have seats!
