How much truth is there to that? It's sad to think they're becoming demoralized 'cause you know Russia will capitalize on that... I also heard of the fact that morale was lowering, but after months of intense fighting and immense pshycological stress, I'd say this is completely understandable. I don't think actual foreign diplomatic support to Ukraine will cease, and US and allies will continue to send arms, but it's pretty apparent that the initial wave of solidarity from the people died off. Then WW3. About WW3 - I was watching a video about how Russia can collapse. I don't think Russia will straight up cease to exist, but I believe China will act increasingly demanding in Siberia as Russia's socio-political landscape is weakened.
