It’s a gamble he’s willing to bet on. What I don’t understand is how he benefits from a nuclear disaster. As long as the area is uninhabitable, that’s alright with him? Also, does he think about his children? A week ago they were probably partying in London on their yacht without a care in the world, with their dad the richest man in the world, and now they’re hiding in some bunker in Siberia because every country is sending assassins are after them.
