It allows for disinformation, propaganda, and thought chambers to run amok and people who lack a proper education or critical thinking skills are unable to disseminate truth from lies. It creates horrible self esteem issues in youth and has the potential to radicalize people. And it creates a general sense of anxiety from over stimulation.
