I'm surprised by some of the comments here. It doesn't matter that she still looks great. She knows she hasn't got the results she wanted and if she says it's botched we shouldn't dismiss that just because she's still attractive. Her self esteem has been affected by the botched procedure and that's something you can't get over very easily. 

Also this is a photo shoot, when you look at paparazzi shots you can see why she doesn't like her appearance.

Disagree. Psychologically what she’s gone through has been scarring & very difficult for her. Her body & face were physically changed too, & it affected her self esteem & confidence - given her career & lifestyle, I can totally understand why this experience has been difficult & defeating for her. I think she still looks so ethereal & beautiful too, but I’d never dismiss her feelings because I think that.

I don't know what she looked like in 2016 before starting the treatment, but you can definitely see she has a very "rectangular" shape now ...? Quita frankly, she looks very "plus-sized" now ? (I don't know what word to use I'm sorry if anybody gets offended).

Even that picture where you can see below her armpit is really worrying if you know  that she's a supermodel who wanted to LOSE fat, and not gain fat x30000

edit: Most of u haven't read the whole article nor looked at the photos. What happened to her is really bad. It affected her health & her daily life.

"The bulges are protrusions. And they're hard. If I walk without a girdle in a dress, I will have chafing to the point of almost bleeding. This is just like when Carrie Underwood "fell down the stairs" (I think her hubby pushed her) and she came out saying "I was forced to get reconstructive surgery on my face and my fans will notice I look very different" and she literally looks exactly the same and super beautiful
