She should go dressed up as an Oscar award. Nobody would forget it and she would overshadow the winner.

I would agree but...Gucci got shut out everywhere but makeup/hair. If the film had been nominated for anything else (even if she was snubbed) I would say she should probably go. But Gucci was roundly snubbed, so I don't think people expect her to show.

She probably should show up to BAFTA and NYFCC though...maybe even SAG.

They often do if their film was nominated in other categories. Since Gucci was snubbed in pretty much everything except makeup/hair, I do not believe people will expect her to show up.

She probably should show up to BAFTA & SAG though...those are guild members (her fellow actors, directors, etc.) who acknowledged her. NYFCC is mostly snobby critics, but the fact they went with her (and stood up for her when other critics were dragging her) means she should probably go, as some other posters pointed out. Critics Choice is a lot of the media that was pretty nasty to her, so even if she got nominated...don't really think she needs to show up there.

If they invite her to present, she should because Oscars are political and she won a lot of goodwill giving her all on stage before returning as an acting nominee. But I suspect there won't be any push to get her on stage since Gucci is barely nominated at all.

i would like to see what she's going to serve on red carpet and always do, but this time she should snub the academy like what they just did to her

No. The only reason she should show up is if they ask her to be a presenter for a major award. Otherwise, she should sit this out as much as it pains me to not see her hit that red carpet again.

I don't think she will but if we don't know for a fact that Gaga is attending we shouldn't be watching the ceremony expecting for her to attend. Low ratings this year, teach them a lesson.

well, she said that Frederic is a brother to her, if it's a brother then she should go to be by his side, more than anyone else, they worked very closely in this, i think her intention is there, but she also might be busy with other stuff and can't attend the event, so who knows, it's not all in her control, but i think she wants to.
