They wouldn't do it again point blank, no matter the reason. Last time they did it was in the 70s or 80s.

Ok. I was just trying to understand the context in which it was said. For example were they saying it will never be removed again in the context of not seperating two divided areas for political reason or what not which would of been a totally different thing if that was the case
