It's a great album, one of my favourites. She delivered some of her best bops in a long time, and I like the consistency of sound and theme.

If Chromatica weren't a Gaga album, I feel like I wouldn't like it as much as I do. SFA and Replay could have came out as standalone singles and it wouldn't change the songs I listen to...meaning I don't really listen to any other tracks from the album

on a serious note.... I love Chromatica - it's my favorite album (next to BTW) and there are so many good songs on there...

I think Babylon is one of the coolest songs that have ever been made. I just listen to the long edited version yon Youtube all the time cuz the original has one flaw: It's too ****ing short because the song is so freaking amazing.

Also Alice, Replay & Free Woman are my favorites... ROM is a ****ing BOP as well as Sour Candy and Enigma!

I really enjoy Stupid Love and I have now grown to love Sine From Above and Fun Tonight. I'm in love with 1000 pigeons piano version & Love Me Right.

There is not 1 song on that album that I skip which rarely ever happens cuz usually u always have songs u don't particularly like as much and therefor skip. Not with Traumatica.

Not gonna talk about the era cuz there is not much to talk about.

I grew to like a lot of the songs on it but it's definitely her most commercial album and didn't really bring anything new. So it was kinda unnecessary.

Unnecessary? She opens up about her struggles with mental health on that album but okay.

We shouldnt rank her albums like this, its completely fine to not like something.. but to call it the worst and trash her art  No Way Do Not Want GIF by Schitt's Creek

We know she always puts her heart into every art she does, so why bully her heart? for an album era its definitely been the worst because she hasnt been able to do anything, but im tired of people hating on her albums just because its not their taste.

No, it's a great album, though the era lacked everything because of covid and mental exhaustion. and stop taking every chance you get to hate on Joanne

Far from her worst album, there is no bad Gaga album or era for me personally all her albums have been amazing!

Same here. I know we're biased but I think there's a reason I'm draw to Gaga musically. She genuinely doesn't have a "bad" album to me. I like nearly every song, every album.

If I had to rank her albums they'd all be on one horizontal if that makes sense. Gaga has yet to release an album where I went "ehhh no."

The only other pop artists that have come close to that are Taylor and Lorde (I personally liked Solar Power). Ariana was close but I never got into Sweetener so that missed the mark for me personally (I'm sure for some Ari fans she doesn't have a bad album either!).

I do agree it lacked a bit of the Gaga flair, but I also think the fact it is so cleanly produced, so cohesive makes it quite unique in her discography.

Aside from a couple of major duds, the lyricism is some of her best by a longggg shot. The poetry on songs like 911, Enigma, Replay and SFA are just miles ahead of anything she ever wrote before. I also think, though some of it sounded dated, the whole 90s revival thing hadn't been done too much in mainstream pop before it.

Personally I think its definitely better than Joanne, which just lacked any good qualities IMO (Incohesive sound, poor lyrics, generic themes, definitely no 'Gaga-ness'). In some ways its better than ARTPOP and The Fame too but depends how you look at it.

Well considering it has some of the best lyrics of her career, that alone is the reason why it's my 2nd favorite album. Unfortunately, I can't say it's perfect because of Stale Candy, but I just pretend it doesn't exist. For me her worst album is ARTPOP, a recycled mess of bland lyrics and production. Not everyone will like everything she does and that's fine. But, I will never take anyone who says Chromatica is her worse album seriously.

You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love.

I will say it’s my least favorite sonically. Songs like Free Woman, Fun Tonight, and 1000 Doves lack any interesting concepts that her previous dance albums were full of. But songs like Rain On Me and Replay, along with the interludes, make it a decent album in general. Honestly it was the first album from her that kinda disappointed me. Obviously that’s kinda my fault for expecting something different (Boys Noize) and listening to demos but after 2 years I can accept it as it is. At the end of the day It gave us Replay, which is arguably her best dance song since BTW album.

I loved Chromatica when it came out, but I haven’t listened to any songs from the album for probably almost a year if not for a year and some change. I think this album aged really, really fast for me.

No. I think it's her 2nd or 3rd best album after Born This Way and The Fame Monster. As for the era, yes sadly it is one of the most disappointing ones because of the pandemic, stuff that was out of her hands.

Absolutely not.

Ignoring music videos, interviews, performances, and promo, it’s one her most cohesive album (lyrically and production wise).

Since the poll asks if Chromatica is her worst album, I voted no. For me, it's one of her best.

But it's absolutely her worst era. And I wonder just how much COVID impacted that beyond the cancelling of plans.

For me -

Albums: Chromatica > Born This Way > Joanne > The Fame Monster > ARTPOP > The Fame
Eras: The Fame Monster > Born This Way > The Fame > ARTPOP > Joanne > Chromatica
