Instead of this, why aren’t people talking about the other star of the movie who was outed as a rapist last year? And yet he is seen promoting the movie and attending premieres everywhere.

wait what happened?

Because in our world, pop culture and what is posted on social media timelines is more relevant to the majority of people. Especially someone like Britney with the public awareness of her situation.

people actually never shut up about it anywhere on the internet that the movie is brought up

That’s so rude and mean. She may have meant it as a joke but joking about someone’s trauma is never acceptable in my opinion. Britney deserves more respect than this.

As someone on Reddit remarked, she needs to decide whether she wants to be part of stan Twitter or an award-winning actress. But she's still young (I think just 18). Hopefully she'll learn from this.

to be honest i had a good laugh because i took it as a joke about all this mess being public and causing gossip rather that she making fun of britney's trauma, come on, she's on her favour, i found it funny, specially how it's becoming this circus of people saying "yass dragg her" and and just driving more attention to the drama, so shallow.
anyway, i agree that it is indeed maybe silly and immature, but she's 20, it's not a big deal either.

While I agree that this was highly insensitive, I wonder how people would've reacted if she did it with Jamie Lynn's tweets :partysick:

Ew, David!

Lol. She’s also under some heat cause she keeps publicizing herself as Latina, and some latinos are not having it with that.

she's Latina though? :messga: like her mother is Colombian... that isn't something that can be disputed

anyways, yeah this was cringe as **** lmfao but it's even more cringe that she's besties with a predator!

She is from latin descent...but if go ahead and say she's latina in front of any person from Latin America you'll get a few negative replies to that.

I think people see it as fake cause we dont know how much she is actually immersed in latino culture. I'm latino and I definitly dont think her mother being latin can be compared to actually being born and raised in latin american culture.  However, Im no one to tell others how to identify :flower:
