What Gaga should start doing is releasing eps like TFM more often rather then albums tbh. Lets say if an album takes her 2-3 years to finish we'd be getting an ep every 18-19 months. From every ep 2-3 singles could be released in the first 8-9 months leaving 10-12 months as a break between every ep.

All he was saying is that it was her best album quality wise. He didn't comment on how relevant the album made her. Plus, the fact that people say BTW made her irrelevant is extremely laughable.
