Teletubby 149,991
A woman who attended a Harry Styles show at The Forum in LA in 2019 is suing the venue, claiming she was seriously injured in a crowd surge at the event. The unnamed fan says she was knocked to the ground and crushed when a mass of concert attendees surged towards the stage at a December 13, 2019 show for the release of the musician's Fine Line album. The woman said her quality of life has been negatively impacted as result of her injuries, which are 'chronic and debilitating'. She is suing The Forum, as well as show promoters and ticketing services, including Live Nation, Stubhub and Ticketmaster. She claims that those named in the suit did not prepare the venue with the proper security, crowd control, seating or lighting resources to control the surge of the crowd of 17K fans. Harry is not named as a plaintiff in the lawsuit. According to review of the show, Styles had stopped the show at one point to call attention to a female fan who was down on the ground. The woman was taken out to an ambulance, a staffer at the venue said a woman had fainted and others had too at the show, which was attended by a capacity crowd of 17,000 fans. source "You b*tch!" ~ Rat Boy
Joshie S 6,142
In all serious though, I hope this woman is ok.. I don't really have an opinion about whether it's the responsibility of the venue or promoters for YOU passing out.. however how those people react once that happens, sure, I could see how it is their duty to keep you safe. The melody that you choose can rescue you ♥
