I’ve worked in the eye of the storm, in my line of work I am confronted with covid daily. I am fully vaxed. What I will no participate in, is dividing society even more.

See that's what I don't understand. We're all concerned about our freedom and freedom of expressions but when someone doesn't want to put some stuff in their body, not knowing the long term effects, everyone trashtalks them lol. I agree anti vaxx are annoying but at the same time it's their freedom and right to refuse putting stuff in their body and/or being scared of it

Some unvaccinated people could still be convinced to get it tho. Many waited for a long time then were convinced and eventually got a shot, even recently...

Imo the World Health Organization is right to insist on convincing folks rather than blasting them in order to efficiently get them to do it.

But instead of showing them why their fear aren't justified with facts/ comparisons Macron bashed them several times and keep doing it even if it fails each time...

They were creeped out seing some vaccine were removed because of complications like with Jansen and Jansen or astrazeneca so why not showing them it was actually very rare issues and that it was noticed right away while Pfizer has been around for a longer time and still hasn't shown these issues. It will work better than a diss.

At this point I fear it's just political from him to profit from the vaccinated/unvaccinated tension with the presidential election coming in a few months... Even if it's boosting these tensions... Pretty vile.

So true! If anything it will further make them oppose it...

That's why his motivation is probably mainly political here... Which is sad cause it's done to profit his already-started but officially not declared campaign while making it riskier for all of us.

I know you are vaxxed but this is factually wrong. The vaccine isn’t traceable anymore in your body after 2 to max 3 Months. Your body completely excretes the medic with only the antibodys left (like the people that got Corona) So when something happens its in this time lapse. Long Term Side Effects from a vaccination is not an existing concept. I have to say tho that this isn’t communicated well enough by governments and media. Thats why some people are still scared of long term effect, eventhough there is no reason to be.

And France so far has 91% of its people who can get it who already had it which I believe is great compared with many European countries... So imagine if they would frequently explain it like you just did in a few sentences instead of frequently diss them...

We would maybe be closer of a fully vaccinated population here... But it Jack people up to go for their asses, just seeing the comments here shows it's not rare to want to give the finger to unvaccinated folks even more than still trying to convince more of them in everybody's best interest.

And when you look at places like Gibraltar that are already 100% vaxxed - and yet suffering from record COVID cases - you realize that anti-vaxxers are simply being scapegoated for the failures of the WHO, CDC and other institutions that could have actually stopped this thing 2 years ago. Literally nobody was vaxxed when this thing started, so blaming them is hypocritical. (Don’t @ me as I’m double vaxxed so don’t even dare point the finger at me).

Oh I’m definitely gonna @ you cause you put this is in NO relation. Yes cases are rising in Gibraltar BUT hospitality is very low and they count 0 deaths for weeks now! What you said is very wrong. Unvaxxed are the problem period. 

Macron is right but the wording is bad and wrong in his position. It won’t convince the unvaxxed.
