Immune system is a door you need to be strong enough to open. Once it's totally opened, you don't really need to apply any more strength, it will be a waste of your own energy. This actually explains why vaccines are not 100% effective: some people have bigger thresholds than others. It's just one person's genetics and physiology. People with a small threshold may still activate a few individual cells of the immune system with the vaccine, but won't be enough to "completely open the door" and create an effective systemic immune response. However, this is not as linear as it sounds (if it sounds like that lol). For example, autoimmune diseases can be explained by this same threshold, that once reached will create a serious of positive feedbacks and an exaggerated response. Obviously, this is not the case for vaccines! (let's not find excuses for the antivax movement) Someone taking more doses than they should in one day is not extraordinary, it might actually be more common than we think... Just doesn't happen on purpose. The vaccine is distributed in little bottles, and each bottle contains several doses (most of the times 10, sometimes more depending on the brand). When nurses prepare the shot, they take a small amount of liquid from the bottle and mix it with saline solution. Sometimes, mistakes happen, and a nurse ends up taking the whole bottle to the syringe and gives it to a person. 10 doses in a single take. I've seen it happen three times, and it has been reported around the world. Most of the times nothing happens to the person who took that many doses by mistake, and if they have any side effects they are as bad as they would be for a single dose (the three people I've seen taking a whole bottle of doses didn't have any side effects actually). There's no real active medicine in it so I can't imagine having more blueprints would do anything?
