Yeah I agree, I don’t see Ratchet and Clank wins, unless maybe for the crazy short loading times when jumping between worlds, this was impressive

It Takes two, Psychonauts 2, hmm indies usually never win lol

Deathloop is hated on Steam so no

Metroid maaaaybe but TGA kinda likes to see Nintendo as a kiddish company so they never cared about them until botw

I’m only watching for the Sonic announcements tbh

This year was kinda uneventful for games

I'm really rooting for Resident Evil Village, I haven't played ANY of the Resident Evil games before watching some Village gameplays, and it made me go throught all the main saga games in the beginning of this year, I've really enjoyed that time!

+ ofc I hope Maggie wins as well, Lady D is iconic thanks to her!

I've been getting messages from my deep waters

i'm not sure so how winners are usually chosen - impact, sales or critics acclaim?

Village was good, but as a huge RE Stan I just can’t connect with those FPS games :air:

Resident evil 2 and 3 Remakes were really good tho, especially RE2, there was also a rumor that Capcom is working on a RE3 Remake directors cut cause the vanilla version was missing ton of content compared to the original and Nemesis was a joke.. it also has like a ton of steam updates, even more than village so I’m curious

I think critics acclaim + the art, music etc

Cyberpunk is not nominated because of the bugs and the mess for example, it was supposed to be the biggest winner this year but it's only nominated for best music and best rpg

I know it’s unlikely but I hope Dread gets it :enigma: it’s gonna help this franchise so much!
Also I’m perched to see if Nintendo will have anything new this time
