Teletubby 150,022
Adele was asked on the Spout podcast if there will be tour in 2022? It's certainly not a big tour like last time because there's no availability. Everything that was supposed to be in 2020 years is now (..) even most of those have been pushed next year. So I certainly, I'm not putting an album out and then like two or three years later doing at all for it. That just wouldn't make any sense. I'm really hoping to do some shows. We've been trying to do it for ages. It's just trying to get something that is consistent and also safe for people like. I don't want anyone coming scared or anything like that. And also, you know, so many people, it's fine. You know, whatever people want to do is their business, but so many people still aren't vaccinated, so I don't want anyone not being able to come to things because of that or anything. Adele also said she won’t be performing To Be Loved live. She said: ‘I have one called To Be Loved which is the one just before the last one… I’ve only really sung it a few times and definitely can’t even really listen to it without getting emotional. 'So I will not be performing that one live.’ Asked whether she meant ever, Adele replied: ‘No I don’t think so, no, never.’ "You b*tch!" ~ Rat Boy
KORG 4,756
BS. She could easily hire large outdoor venues, festival style, or theatres if she wanted. Festival grounds are just fields. Buck up, lazy.

And if they are, they might be backed up with events that have been postponed from 2020/2021. It makes sense for her to wait for a more solid foundation to build a touring schedule upon. Bolkins 4,125
I think it’s more that the big named venues are booked, ie Madison Square Garden or Wembley etc. I’m sure she probably could find availability at smaller sized venues but I doubt she wants to do that. She’s already said she prefers massive stadium tours because there are less dates involved, plus I can imagine there is a degree of snobbery going on tbh. Not the bore worms! Robinladen 1,527
I mean Ed Sheeran is doing a tour for an album released around the same time. I do think she partly doesn't mind not having to tour.
Nycboy 1,111
If an album is strong, it shouldn’t be weird to tour for it 2 years later. Most people in attendance will be coming not only because of her new album but also to hear some songs from 2011 and 2015 anyway…so time is a bit irrelevant. InstantDejavu 571
She sounds like an antivaxer. "It's their business" well No It's not if you're making other people sick lol. She also uses an interesting choice of words "because they're not vaccinated" well maybe they should get a vaccine before going a show but she seems to care more about them being able to go to a show rather than getting vaccinated.
