I'm not a "super fan" in that sense, but I do watch her career moves and think she's a brilliant actress (if not one of the best and I'm sure there is yet more to come) and she's really funny I think. (which is why I love watching interviews with her - they're hilarious) And please, stay respectful. (if u don't have anything nice to say, don't post ) Which movies have you seen and liked? I have seen some of them. I must admit, I haven't seen all of the "Hunger Games" cuz I didn't really get what all the fuzz was about at the time, but I might watch them. I actually liked the 1st one. I have seen "Mother" a few days ago but I didn't really like the movie - it was kinda ****ed up. (But her acting is always brilliant) My favorite one was "Red Sparrow" and I also really liked "Joy" - I can't remember if I've watched "winters bone" I have watched "Silver Linings" - thought it was ok at the time, but it's been a while. I should watch it again. I haven't watched the following yet but really want to: - American Hustle - Serena - Passengers ( I have watched a bit, but didn't continue for some reason) - (some of the Hunger Games (only watched the 1st one)) - X men (not really my cup of tea) - winters bone She's done so many more movies - which one shall I watch first of the ones I posted? SHE'S ONE OF MY FAV ACTRESSES (IF NOT THE FAV) i was literally obsessed with her a few years ago... her Diner scene in Silver Lining Playbooks still gives me chills. Hyperobject 66,771 Posted November 19, 2021 Share Posted November 19, 2021 - American Hustle / i'm in love with this movie! i've seen it many times, Jen's brilliant and hilarious in this one - Serena - didn't like it, wasn't for me - Passengers ( I have watched a bit, but didn't continue for some reason) - dumb, but very kinda entertaining movie - (some of the Hunger Games (only watched the 1st one)) - not a fan of the series, even tho second movie is great! - X men (not really my cup of tea) - i'm a huge fan of xmen, days of future past was so good. - winters bone - haven't seen it yet! Russell movie, he directed Silver Linings Playbook and Joy, so if you liked them enough, i think you would like Hustle too. but tbh this movie to me is all about watching great actors and actresses do their job flawlessly, it's not about interesting plot or something. She excelled in all of them and she was the "it girl" everyone loved when I was in high school (2010-2014). Hunger Games series, amazing. American Hustle, amazing. SLP, amazing. I love her as Mystique (X-Men) but I am bothered by her decision to forgo extra hours of makeup for a better end result omg and Mother! amazing movie, loved it.
