How does this compare to Fearless TV?

we can't compare, digital album and physical copies of Fearless weren't released on the same time

570k with an album full of already released songs. 1989 will be an absolute madness. Also, tadele has already secured a million copies. Those two are really the music industry.

Adele would like a word with you.

Adele could probably record herself yawning and move a million copies. But incredibly impressive for a re-recording.

They were, the only exception was the vinyl.

Fearless TV had two debuts as a result. Official debut:

> It moved 291,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, of which 182,000 were album sales and 109,000 units from streaming

Vinyl Debut:

> Following the release of its vinyl LPs and signed CDs, Fearless (Taylor's Version) rose 156 spots and returned to number one on the Billboard 200, earning 152,000 units, of which 67,000 were vinyl sales and 77,000 CD sales –> 144,000 physical sales

Total figure: 291,000+144,000=435,000. So less than Red (TV).

No, if Adele re-releases 21 she wouldn't even come close. Her fanbase is not niché, her fanbase is the general public and they are not as passionate, they get it the first time but what Taylucifer is doing is thanks to the swifties.

They (The swifties) understand how special this situation is and they are doing the most. The GP is not as passionate and prob wouldn't even care about the 1st version or TV.

Have you ever tried buying a ticket to an Adele concert? :triggered: If Adele re-released 21, she definitely would rake in a million copies with the right promo. She disappeared for 4 years and still managed to break every record left right and centre with her comeback single. And a lot of the GP are actually behind the boost in sales for the TV versions since they didn't have the album when it originally came out 10 years ago. :huntyga:

Also let's just ignore the fact that Adele's last album sold 4.5 million copies in week 1 when Taylor has never even sold more than 1.5 million in a single week, even at her peak ...

Taylor is the music industry and Adele is not up to her level.
